You can change your old story. In this episode of the Empowered by Design podcast, we explore the various layers of awareness - body, mind, heart, soul, and spirit -  and discuss how to actively change old stories that no longer serve us. I illustrate an example with my own life, changing my story from “I am not a patient person” to “my soul is patient”. When we make the effort to tune in, connect with ourselves on a spiritual level, and increase our self-awareness, we can remove blocks that are standing in the way of achieving our goals and dreams.   We also pull a card from my soul care deck and make meaning of it together!
