The program is not therapy or counseling, it is a coaching program to empower you to move forward on your journey of healing and growth once you have left the unhealthy romantic relationship.

Letters to A New You

Tools and strategies that you can do right now in your process of healing and growth:  Find an outlet - write down your thoughts and feelings (and then destroy the pages if that feels safer than keeping a journal or tangible record of your writing;); Channel your creative energy (making art and/or music, crocheting, coloring, etc.); Write and say positive affirmations and share them with others; Make time to engage in activities of self-love; Prioritize your needs; and Practice mindfulness activities.
