Acquisitions in our space are nothing new. But in many cases, they deserve a little explanation. Simply, “Why did you make this acquisition, and how does the new company fit in with the old company?” That’s what I found myself asking in this week’s Five Minutes with…discussion with Stefan Skarin, the CEO of IAR Systems.
