Dr. Celia McIntosh discusses the Rochester Regional Coalition Against Human Trafficking in New York and their work to address human trafficking in their community. Because of her expertise in health care, she has also established a healthcare protocol and informs the policies and practices in her community to identify and respond to victims of human trafficking.
