We're here with Sandy who's taking over the franchise for the Northern Rivers area.

Today we're going through our practical and the training. And just running through a few of our business activities.

The main activities that an Elite franchisee will do, is carpet dry-cleaning, & upholstery cleaning. But there's also plenty of other things that they do on a day to day basis.

Cleaning rugs and mats, vertical blinds, drapes, car interiors, mattresses.

Some of them even extend into carpet laying repairs, flood restoration, and even pest management.

So an average day can take in quite a few of those tasks.
