What is Health?

Together we want to educate women on how to advocate for their own health.  We will have many conversations on multiple health and wellness topics, give you the tools to ask more questions, and show women how to be better self-advocates. Our bodies are designed to heal, if given the opportunity and we want to help! Ultimately, you have to be the one to take control of your health.
