In this episode, Candace and Tom interview Baltimore Regional Housing Partnership's Executive Director Adria Crutchfield. The BHRP is dedicated to providing housing for lower income families in "safe, healthy, and economically vibrant communities." Adria discusses many of the obstacles to obtaining such housing and the means by which the BHRP provides subsidies to live in such areas.
