This episode i got to chat with Rachel Regula who is the owner of the Better World Refill Shop in Lakewood, Ohio. Better World Refill Shop is dedicated to helping the community reduce their plastic waste, refill their own vessels with natural products and live more sustainably.

Thomas Wertman is a Ufologist from MUFON of Ohio. He has been an Director/Chief Field Investigator for MUFON of Ohio for around 13 years. He has been on a number of tv shows and documentaries about ufos and aerial phenomenon. He presents and holds training at local libraries/conferences around Ohio and shares stories about his hundreds of investigations in the US and Canada. Marie-Eve Trottier is an ultra runner from Quebec City who is currently training for a 100 miler. She began running ultras around 4 years ago and has continued to add on greater distances. The endurance and mental strength she has to run 18 hours is unbelievable. She trains 7 days a week and runs in all weather. Covid and made her modify some of her training. My 11 year daughter joined this episode to ask her some questions.
