We learn about the incredible journey of the CEO of Hong Kong's Chicken Soup Foundation, Cindy Chow.  Her path was unique compared to many elite individuals who got to attend boarding school in the UK or one of the best International School's in Hong Kong. She made many of these decisions before she was even "of age."  She tells us how a thin young Asian woman can be as strong as Hercules and serves as an inspiration to women of every generation. 

A couple of facts I didn't know about Cindy besides her boarding school experience are: 

• she has 2 Masters degrees
• her first job out of the "Harvard" of Hong Kong was being a stewardess
