Google has been hit by over 8 billion euros in antitrust fines by the EU. But what is antitrust? Well, apparently, it’s controversial. So we’re joined by two professors of economics, one from each “side” of the antitrust debate. Peter Klein, Professor of Economics at Baylor University in Waco, Texas is here to present the free market approach. And Justus Haucap, ex-chairman of the German Monopoly Commission and Professor of Economics at the University of Dusseldorf in Germany, will tell us why antitrust is an important part of any democracy.
