This week on Eclectic Talks we are joined by Ben from @unleashingadhd Ben was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 6. After suffering a severe psychosis he was rediagnosed as an adult with ADHD and Bipolar. Ben discovered through finding support for his own mental health that he too wanted to work and help support others mental health. Ben created 'The Alpha Wolf' method and through his personal coaching works with clients to support them on their mental health journeys. Ben explains to us what the 'Alpha Wolf' method is and how he uses it to help his clients.
