Good morning, the mid-week point has arrived and we’re all downhill from here… thanks for waking up with Joe Mathieu and the GBH Morning Edition crew. We’re less than 24 hours from the first major snowstorm of the season… we’ve had a few snow flurries so far, but this is the first “bread, milk, eggs” storm this season and people are buckling down to prepare for it. Plus more promising news on testing and vaccines but the need to stay safe remains, especially for the holidays, as news breaks that Times Square will officially be closed for New Years. Stay warm and stay safe, and thank you for starting your day with GBH News.
