Other sources have indicated that the new building would have 268 rooms, but the discrepancy between the two is probably due to two bedroom lockoffs. If 46 of the rooms would be two-bedroom lock-offs, then both numbers can be correct. DVC has not announced when sales will begin, but this filing signals that this may be close.
