Dumb by Design

This episode isn't about anything in particular. If you listen all the way through you will hear that we are taking a break from the podcast for a few months to finish out the worst year in history trying to wrap our heads around our unpredictable futures. We will be back though, don't forget about us.  When writing the descriptions of each episode I always realize that there was much more I wanted to say about something. This time its - we fucking love doing this, we really do. We love that some random people listen to us rant and tangent about nothing and also stuff. I personally will probably binge all 100 episodes prior to our return, that's how much I love this shit.  Yeah, I said 100 episodes. This is our 100th episode if you add them all up. That's saying something for us twoze. Two guys that start a million projects and never finish any of them. A couple friends that really cant create anything new except bad habits. Those two dudes started a podcast and released one hundred fucking episodes. What the fuck did we even say!? What didn't we say? As much as I care, or the old me would've cared, that there are so many opinions of ours out there for the world to listen to if they so choose, I realize that by doing the podcast I gained a new part of myself. A more fearless person has be reborn and it took 100 episodes and 2 years to realize it.                                          - Brandon    Thank you for listening to our podcast. Let us begin by saying that we are somewhat flaky but also, not. We will sometimes miss episodes and no that was not an apology because we are too proud for that. Life happens as Remington says, and we're a few that roll with the punches. Or kicks.  Its becoming clear that we are not fans of the republican party. Is that what bias is? Its funny that the debate happened after this recording. Let me be clear - its funny to me only. The irony of only being allowed into Mexico is fucking astounding. Of all the people in the world, THEY still want us. But we don't want them? Sure, starving to death sounds cool.  Pain is irrelevant in past tense, unless, if when you remember an incident in which pain was relevant and that memory brought the physical discomfort of the pain you felt to fruition once again in the now. If we go down, then we go down together. She told me that I'm not enough. She left me with a broken heart. You get knocked down, but you get up again. These wounds wont seem to heal. Regardless of their timelessness; songs like these speak to those of us that struggle with mental health issues and we are comforted by their darkness, and their light. We all battle it and should do so with support, love, and understanding. Also, learning to meditate helps. Starting out by feeling sorry for our selves actually lead to the realization that attention is a drug and all we want is to be loved. We do. I mean us, the 2 of us. The guys with the ever changing opinions that sometimes articulate differently than we would like them to because we believe every body deserves equal rights regardless of how often we use words that we shouldn't and talk about people we know nothing about. Figured it would be best to get that out of the way now. Words have power because we give it to them. Yada yada yada. Distraction is not necessarily conspiracy. Mansplain tangent mansplain. Ben Shapiro is way out of his league when it comes to wet pussy's. Pussies? The hardest part of trying to explain the episode to you is remembering what we talked about. Pretty sure there is a lot about afterlife and religion. Don't put too much stock into the title of our episodes, we can never really tell if it makes sense or not.  There 's a lot going on right now. Not like that's a surprise. Never a dull moment. The end of civilization as we know it is upon us. Lots of rights being violated in certain parts of the country - like Portland. There are 800,000 active duty police officers employed in the United States. The most ever. Federal "secret" police are running around kidnapping people for exercising their 1st amendment rights, with plans to make a presence in other parts of the country. Pandemics. Climate change. Capitalism. #teachers. We rant and tangent about it all. I think. We are gonna take a turn from our normal chit chat on an upcoming episode, so stay tuned for that!
