Ms. Harris , of Richmond, VA, is a caregiver for her mother, who was diagnosed with dementia, and subsequently, Alzheimer's.  Ms. Harris is the Founder of WOMB (Women-Owned Minority Business), a coaching organization that helps women of color build sustainable businesses.
