Cocktail festival Australian Cocktail Month was founded by influential industry figure Penny Sippe.
The event runs from May 1-31 in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide with the objective of supporting the cocktail and broader hospitality industry.

The $20 ticket, which is available online HERE, allows guests access to a special menu of cocktails created exclusively for the month.
The menu will be available at participating venues, with cocktails priced at $14, and non-alcoholic options at $10.
