Sat down with a close friend and former schoolmate, Julian Morrison. Julian is the Strategic Planning and Analysis Manager at Proven Wealth Ltd. He leads a team of analysts that assesses investment opportunities and does strategic planning for Proven Group Limited. Prior to this, Julian worked as the Assistant Manager of Private Equity at Proven Management Limited. Julian has 7 years of experience in the financial services industry, during which he founded Wealth Watch JA. He started as an intern at the Ministry of Finance, followed by another internship at Sagicor Group Jamaica. Julian is a Prime Minister Youth Awardee in the Leadership category and Sponsor Trustee for the Women’s Centre of Jamaica Foundation (WCJF) Pension Fund. He is a board member of Caribbean Coastal Area Management (C-CAM), overseeing Jamaica’s largest protected area, Portland Bight. He is the former Curator of the Global Shapers Kingston Hub and is a former Head Boy of Ardenne High School.
