The oyster population in the Chesapeake Bay has declined roughly 99% since the late nineteenth century. Chris Hopkinson, the Chief Strategy Officer at Ready Education, undertook a 9 day adventure to stand-up paddle board the entire length of the Chesapeake Bay to raise awareness for this clear-and-present danger facing the Country.
