Pandemic Check-In

If you love pregnancy, birth, parenthood and everything in between, join us on our journey. We are 2 doulas who love to talk about birth, motherhood and life in general. In addition to being a licensed and certified massage therapist and sole owner of Tranquil Touch Therapeutic Massage For Women, Exie is an experienced doula and childbirth educator of 15 years and over 100 births. Ciana is a doula in training beginning her journey as a birth professional.  Join us for conversations about support, growth, and how we apply our doula skills in everyday life. Our goal is to have fun and share some education about pregnancy and birth along the way, including the occasional visit with a guest expert to share their wisdom with us. New episodes every 3 weeks (because just like our names, we had to be unique!)
