hello everyone ! we're so scared to release this episode we talk about something we haven't really talked about in this podcast, but it is also something that we want to help others with. We also mentioned a disclaimer because our main purpose of this episode is to help, we would be so disappointed if someone left feeling worse than what they felt before listening. look man I kind of have a love/hate relationship w anchor (if you don’t know what this is it’s a sucky the app I use to “run” this podcast) I hate it bc it delete all my hard work ! (Like this beautiful description box that I’ve typed out about 5 times for it to just be deleted time and time again) so now really happy about that and had to include it in here bc I have rewritten the same thing 5 times and almost ripped my eyes out the last time it deleted....
