First time guest Brittany Reschke joins the Dope and Tape Show, she is from Syracuse, New York.She is a Fire Service Sales Manager (Syracuse, Buffalo, Albany,Rochester and Vermont) for Johnson Controls. She leads a sales team that spans four districts: Syracuse/Endicott, Rochester, Buffalo, Albany & Vermont, totaling over 25 million in RIF. She is Currently managing a team of 11 salesrepresentatives with mixed tenure in sales and experience. She succeeds in team building, coaching and assisting her reps with identifying their strengths/skills and building confidence. Brittany talks about her life comingup in the trade, hobbies, past experiences, and wanting to be a paralegal. She dropped that and got into the fire protection industry.
