Today on the show we're talking about using social currency as a way to get out of or avoid poverty when you don't have a job or are trying to work as a freelancer. Just this morning I came across a Reddit post asking about what someone might do if they only had $600 and might end up homeless. My answer was to use social currency as a means to build rapport with shop owners or places that you could work at immediately and develop a network of people willing to hear your story and help you out. We dive into that idea quite a bit, relate it to mental health and being a freelancer.
