Dustin Mansell started at Paramount Equity in 2009, Paramount Equity then turned into Paramount Solar. Dustin spent some of his early careers building mortgage teams and then building solar teams. Dustin was a key individual in the merger of Paramount Solar with SolarCity where Dustin helped build out that entire inside sales division. Dustin is currently the senior Director of goodleap.
