What a year it has been! We'll have one more episode in 2020 after this, but I do want to reflect on this year with the lens of how your staff has been feeling, and what you can do to increase morale.
A little piece of housekeeping - We are offering remote in-services on aging and digital tools (building rapport, building community, how to do outreach, and more with digital tools). Right now we are offering a few deals with our AgeFlux, a virtual senior center platform, and in JANUARY we start working with sites to build their annual report.
