Mindfulness Meditation with Body Scanning

Life is never a smooth journey, there are often bumps in the road, but it is how we respond to those changes which effects the outcome!
Paula Ahlberg takes you on her very challenging journey over recent years, and how she lives through suffering, both physical and emotional.
We place unrealistic ideals upon ourselves, and strive for perfection.
Each week Paula will give you tools to work through your own crisis, as well as interviews with both experts, and colleagues, who have not only witnessed, but helped her through this lived experience.
