Kelly Quirke is the Community Engagement Coordinator for Harborside Health Center, the largest cannabis dispensary in the country. He is the former CEO of Rainforest Action Network, veteran civic activist and community organizer. We talk about how cannabis can change the world, how in the span of a decade, the tide for legalization has changed, cannabis and Big Business and Proposition 64, it's upsides and downsides.
