AM at Capital Square in downtown Des Moines (400 Locust St.)   Colleen Murphy, the Events Director for the Greater Des Moines Partnership, takes us through everything that's happening. The festival includes the first AViD author of 2019, Susan Orlean. It also includes headlining authors Ted Genoways, Garth Stein, and Nnedi Okorafor. Murphy also discusses the great events and programs, including free family activities, music, drinks, and more.
