Alison is Executive Director of DEI at the Options Clearing Corporation, the world’s largest equity derivatives clearing organization - and also was recently selected to the Leadership Greater Chicago Class of 2023. Alison is passionate about evolving awareness, practices, policies, and sensitivities for identities that are not always recognized as diverse. She is adept in synthesizing complex information to inform a company’s culture~transformation journey. And she is an Occupational Therapist turned DEI expert! Alison serves on the Financial Services Pipeline Initiative’s Steering Committee, the Executives’ Club of Chicago DEI and CSR forums, and Chicago United’s Leaders Council.
