Toastmasters International is a nonprofit educational organization that teaches public speaking and leadership skills through a worldwide network of clubs. Toastmasters International has helped people from diverse backgrounds become more confident speakers, communicators, and leaders.

District 38 serves 149 clubs with 4,000 Toastmaster members in eastern Pennsylvania and southern and central New Jersey.
