I always hear people in schools and larger companies refer to some ambiguous yet omnipresent 'they'. Who are these people? Who is 'they'?Hint: Look in the mirror. If you're using THEM as an excuse, 'they' is actually referring to the system of which YOU are a part. If doing the right thing means being juxtaposed to the system...then do it.What if great teachers weren't anomalies? What if the system actually helped MAKE great teachers? Wow what a world that would be.
