As a leader (formal or otherwise) you CANNOT make change happen. You can only create the right conditions for it to occur. Real change is internal at the individual level.When enough individuals change internally the culture will change. Create a safe place for learning where the APPLICATION of what is learned is valued. Then step back and watch it happen.
