Martin Theis is a spiritual coach and teacher who resides in Germany, Norway and Hawaii. His focus is on supporting mental and emotional well-being through the art of shamanic journeys. His coaching practice, Light Trails, has a mission to assist others on their journey from suffering to inner peace and joy.
