Friend of the podcast Jared Kilbourne sits down with me to discuss a weird episode written by Steve De Jarnatt and guest starring Lance Guest. 

It's clear there was a lot on the minds of De Jarnatt and the showrunners, but it may not be clear to us, the viewers, exactly what that is. Well... The "message" is certainly clear. "Let's stop treating our animals like shit." But that message is presented at the expense of a coherent or particularly engaging story.

Oh well... You can't win 'em all. But Jared and I still had a nice talk.
