As you know, the National Interest Waiver is a U.S. immigration option that allows certain foreign nationals to apply for a green card without the need for employer sponsorship if their work is deemed to be in the national interest of the United States. While the NIW generally applies to individuals with advanced degrees or exceptional abilities in their fields, including education, it's important to note that each case is evaluated individually.
