I wanted to share some of my thoughts and experiences dealing with a family member who suffered from Bipolar disorder, manic depression and narcissism and how difficult it can be. I am NOT a mental health professional, clinician or therapist and this is not any kind of advice. These are just personal observations and experiences and my own thoughts on them. If you know someone who is suffering from mental illness, please help and encourage them to seek treatment for their disorder from a licensed professional.
