Our guest today, Maegan Nalagan, talks about how plants have been a key to her resilience in recent days. While a new plant parent she recounts how plants could have made her life even more manageable had she had them during her more life-threatening flare ups. With plants by her side, she's well-equipped for the next flare up, and is well on her way to that glow up.
