For Pride Month, we're going inside the experiences of three cannabis community members who identify as LGBTQ+, and taking a look at how the cannabis industry can better include and meet the needs of people of different sexual orientations and gender identities. Ian Hackett is a marketing and technology executive at the California-based cannabis branding company, Napa Valley Fumé. Elias Diestler is a transgender digital artist who has been designing packaging for select strains at Mayflower Cannabis in Massachusetts, as part of their Artist Spotlight series. And TaShonda Vincent-Lee is Co-Founder and Director of Community Outreach at Elevate Northeast, a women-led company that focuses on networking and empowering underrepresented populations in the Massachusetts cannabis industry.
