The guys also covered the retirements of Dustin Predoia and the less-heralded Daniel Murphy, Chipper Jones joining the Braves as a coaching consultant, and Fernando Tatis Jr. grabbing the cover of MLB The Show '21. Diehard Dads was a huge segment, as Riz & Dawg lamented about clearing the two feet of snow, while Riz added a classic story of how snow shoveling and a conversation with his father ended up in a broken phone. Dawg presented Veteran of the Day. With a nod to Black History Month, it was Al Bumbry. Bumbry, an outfielder for the Orioles and Padres from 1972-85 and the '73 Rookie of the Year, served as a platoon leader in the US Army from July 1969-July 1971, earning a Bronze Star for heroism for his service in Vietnam.
