Samir Harb is an Urban Political Ecologist at Freie Universität in Berlin, Germany. Rather than analyzing the Israel-Palestine conflict through a religious or geopolitical lens, he's looking at it from an ecological perspective. Growing up under the Israeli occupation in Ramallah, he soon came to learn that ecology is crucial to understanding the perpetuation of this conflict.
