healthy range for several years and within the past four years between 5.7-5.4.My most recent A1C is 5.4 which was taken about two months ago. I’ve started thispodcast to show all who are touched by diabetes that you can have and live ahealthy, full, limitless life with diabetes. I'll have a new episode every weekeach Thursday.
