Hey everyone. Happy Christmas Eve!

In this episode I discuss what it is like being diabetic during the festive season. I give personal experiences as well as a few top tips to remind you that it is okay if your sugars aren't in range all day and to enjoy the day for what it is, without too much focus on numbers.
