Some elite clubs in Europe joined together to form a cup together and decided to play one other replacing champions league . the founding clubs are so called top 6 clubs of premier league (city, United, Arsenal, Liverpool, Spurs and Chelsea) and top 3 clubs of Italy(ac, Inter, Juventus) and Spain (Barca, Real, Atletico ) and remaining 3 elite clubs were to sign up for this.
