cittaṃ rakkhetha medhāvī, cittaṃ guttaṃ sukhāvahaṃ.



English translation of verse(s):


Verse 36
Let the discerning man guard the mind, so difficult to detect and extremely subtle, seizing whatever it desires. A guarded mind brings happiness.
