Sorority recruitment, the process where potential new members (PNMs) join a sorority, is centered on PNMs and current members learning more about each other. The conversations (and the process in general) can sometimes elicit feelings of both excitement and nervousness, no matter if it is in-person, hybrid, or all virtual. In this episode, you'll hear from two Delta Gammas, Lauren Delzell, Tau-Iowa, an alumna who serves as membership adviser and Cailey Hiam, Tau-Iowa, a collegian who serves as vp: Membership. They will help to demystify the recruitment process by providing great tips for PNMs as they prepare for recruitment.
