Jennifer Botzet serves as Ikon’s Executive Pastor. She pursued her role after holding church staff positions in Wisconsin and Indiana. Jen pursued a BA in religious studies & sociology from the University of Wisconsin and an MA in religion from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Jen loves anything that involves being active outdoors and lives in Tucker.

Yvette A. Broughton is an award-winning veteran creative producer having written and produced for Fortune 500 companies, cable television, and small business owners. She is the co-founder of King Culture Inc., founder and principal of Purple Sky Creative, a boutique video production company, and the Eveolution Dialogue Project. She's passionate about designing transformative learning experiences using documentary and dialogue for churches and communities. Yvette holds a BS in Business Administration from the College of Charleston and an MA in Cinema-Television from Regent University. She is also a graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education Leadership, Organizing, and Action program.
