Why did God put the the tree of the knowledge of good and evil in the Garden of Eden? If God knows everything he had to know that Adam and Eve would sucumb to temptation. So does God tempt us to do wrong or was there some deeper more meaningful reason for giving Adam and Eve the choice to eat or not eat the forbidden fruit!
