Pre-emptive chimp group wars on neighbouring groups, human hierarchical dominance, both are complex games. But both species have genetically survived for millenia because of its existence. Our ability to expand our Dunbar's number group size is linked to our growing brain size. Groups are complex. Psychopaths are like the most tough chimp, if the group doesn't create cohesion around us and let us know where to stop we will take over by default. We need a good community so we can direct our 'strength' towards being a sniper for the group rather than against it. I always want to be in front of the group barking and it took me years to control it but the impulsive need to rush to the front and get dirty is at core uncontrollable. Stop the feet and mouth from moving, but the whole body instinctively lurches forward to attack.

Remove your snipers and their bullying skills, and watch your tribe/country appear just a little more... engulfable. By the expanding matter of life. Create group cohesion, put a good leader in and your psychopaths given enough power to be snipers. Give the guard dogs developed by evolutionary biology/psychology their meat so they don't create social unrest. The problem is when groups are forming and people push the psychopaths to take dominance because they look dominant. I want to fight things, always have, it's in my blood. Give me something you want me to fight... or what I fight will be you.You need guard dogs, the more things you have to protect. You need an army, an alarm system, a wall, a door... we need defence and so we have bred it into the species. We can protect or attack. It's the same skillset. Its just... without guide, the Disagreeableness reverts to the Self. And that's why we are so strong, because we will keep the Self alive forever but we also want to have a role. Like all humans do. We can forget about everything else, become totally Disagreeable and just focus on winning, protecting the Self. But what we are defeating, we may not care what we are attacking, is it your house? Who cares as long as I get to argue, snipe, fight, get dirty, get wet, lol. It depends on others. Many a bully, including myself, have bullied other people because they were making a pretty girl we liked skittish.You don't know if why your being bullied is because of the hierarchy, or the bully themselves. At many schools and workplaces the bullying is severe, and at others it's minor. Why? If psychopaths are spread evenly in the school populations. Is it maybe that some places feed psychopaths better so they are snipers rather than endevouring to swing from the trees with a machine gun.
