Motivation is the fuel that keeps us going. Motivation is describes as a reason or reasons for acting or behaving in a particular way. Motivation requires some reinforcing aspect to guide our behaviour. 

But there are days when you just feel unmotivated. There are plenty of ways you can motivate yourself to finish your tasks for the day, tasks that will help you get closer to whatever goals you’ve set for yourself.
