In this episode, we introduce our first guest; Nomaan Qurr. We talk about our lives growing up in a tight neighbourhood and how blessed we are to have supportive, like-minded friends. We discuss the importance of having friends and mentors you can talk to in time of need and the dangers around the stigmas of men's mental health.  We encourage people to get out there, try new things and try to eliminate toxic people from their lives no matter how long they have been in their lives prior. A measure of time does not equal loyalty. We also recognise the harsh reality that sometimes, that toxic person is yourself.

Ps: After listening to the audio post-shoot, we realised our frequency levels were unbalanced. Despite this, we hope you enjoy this episode as Nomaan Qurr had a lot of insightful things to say as we tried to pick apart his brain. Much love.
