On December 28, 2010, 66-year-old Jack Wheeler, a veteran and highly respected Washington D.C. consultant, abruptly left Manhattan, telling his wife he had urgent business in D.C. But instead of heading to D.C., Jack ended up in Wilmington, Delaware. For days, he was seen wandering the streets, disheveled and confused. Then, on the morning of December 31st, Jack’s body was found in a landfill.
